the location was good, breakfast was excellant. the room was large.
clean rooms, comfortable beds, good breakfast
location, not recommended outside the hotel, prefer to refuel outside where the cashiers are not sitting behind glass. area is fenced in, rooms with good hearing
The bed is super and nothing too much trouble. The free Wi Fi was comfortable for working. Perfect for city break;)))
The room was clean and modern furnished.
Since a sports team lived there at the same time, there was no place for breakfast in the morning.
Good bed. Clean
No laundry room for customers
hotel was very clean breakfast was good and hot
The buffet lunch was excellent. The staff was friendly The room itself was well maintained and well made, clean and comfortable
The suffocating hot hallways But then the room was comfortable and relaxing. This and the great breakfast overcame the inconvinience of the (heated) hallways.
Good location, between Germantown, where we shopped, and Beale Street, for entertainment.
The personnel from check-in to check-out and from front desk to housekeeping were outgoing, friendly, welcoming, professional, professionally dressed accordingly/clean, spoke English and made efforts beyond their "duties" to make sure you visit was going well.
The area was not a particularly "safe" looking area, broken down buildings and trash around on other properties.
I loved the quiet and relaxing atmosphere the hotel had. The breakfast was great it was more than I expected! I will stay here again!!!!
Very comfortable beds. Good breakfast.
Outdoor pool only - too early to swim outdoors in March
Excellent for a short stay in memphis. Coffee available 24/7, good breakfast (free). Corridors miserable looking but actually the interior of rooms was perfectly adequate.
Slightly noisy traffic outside, overheard someone complain about being near elevators as they were very noisy! They sound like they need servicing, felt a bit like they would stop midway!
We were very pleased with the location of the hotel. Definitely a must for people who stay in Memphis
It was unfortunate that no bar was present.
The staff was great and very helpful. I appreciated the google directions they printed for us.
We asked for a non smoking room. we went to our room on the 5th floor and it reeked of smoke. we went back to the desk, and they put us on the first floor where it did not smell of smoke, but it did smell damp and dank.
Excellent breakfast; comfortable bed;
Sewer odor in room; noisy air conditioner ( needs maintenance?)
